Property walk-through
When we arrive on your scheduled inspection date, we’ll do a thorough walk-through without our dog, ensuring the environment is safe for him to work as well as noting any paint crackling, water intrusion or any visible signs of microbial growth. During this walk-through we will take the time to closely examine any areas of concern listed on the questionnaire that was sent.
Our Mold Dog Takes the Lead
Once we’re ready, our mold detection dog does what he does best—finding hidden mold with incredible precision. We let him guide the search, trusting his nose to lead the way while his handler ensures every area is thoroughly covered. After the search, we'll take our mold dog back to the car and review his findings with you in detail.
