Our handlers and dogs are trained and certified solely in mold detection through scent. We do not perform air quality testing, use mechanical tools, or diagnose, treat, or remediate mold issues. The Company disclaims any liability for damages or health-related claims arising from reliance on our services. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult certified professionals for comprehensive mold assessment, remediation, or health concerns. By using our services, the client acknowledges and accepts these limitations. Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services provided, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, diminution in property value, or claims by third parties. The Owner expressly waives any right to recover such damages, whether arising in contract, tort, equity, or otherwise. The Company’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the services rendered.
